I also assist outside counsel with their budgets as well as their invoices. I provide excellent customer service to our clients. I schedule meetings, assist with closings if needed.
- I currently work in the international department as an administrative assistant in the strategy, finance and acquisitions department where I answer phones, schedule meetings, and calendar events in Outlook. I also arrange domestic and International travel and prepare expense voucher. I do basic administrative things such as scanning, faxing and copying. I also help with power point presentations when needed. I assist other departments in international when needed with administrative duties.
